As the Hayday Experience Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a warm and welcoming environment in the shop through hospitality, speed of service, product knowledge, cleanliness, organization, and a genuine enthusiasm for the Hayday brand and for Atlantic City. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved while we build our business across many disciplines including product & brand development, marketing/social media, and operations & finance.
Core Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to every one of our guests
Educate and make suggestions to our guests about our products
Perform basic cashier tasks - familiarity with Square register is a plus!
Serve & prepare hot coffee, cold brew coffee, tea, and food items
Maintain a clean & organized shop throughout the work day
Assist in closing process – counting out register, preparing bank drop, cleaning floors, counters, bathroom, front & back of house, washing dishes and other cleaning/prepping tasks as needed
Assist with product & brand development, marketing, and other core business functions
